What Causes Inflammation Of Hands Along With Numbness In Fingers?

Past couple days I ve been waking up though the night with right arm hurting pain going down to my hand with dingerness then the tips of my fingers go numb then I have a burning in my hand I will put ice pack on it and rid it til it stops bout 15 min then it seems I m waking every 30 min to a hour same thing
