What Causes Inflammation Of Skin On Exposure To Heat?

I have had this issue since I was about five years old. Whenever I get hot either outside or inside my skin feels like it is buring from the inside, and it is very warm externally as well. I have tried different doctors, but no answer. What could this be, and what can I use to help?
