What Causes Inflammation Of Throat Along With Headaches And Joint Pains?

More than a week ago I started experiencing burning throat and within a couple of days weaknesss, headaches, joint pain. All of the symptoms have now cleared up except for burning throat. Yesterday I was experiencing nausea as well as the burning throat. Also, I dont know if its related but few days ago I started feeling bladder pressure as well.
