What Causes Inflammation On Face Along With Nausea And Frequent Urination?

so earlier today My face Got really Hot per my friend was RED and then I also felt nauseated. I am also frequently having to urinate (which is not usual for me) my friend gave me a bottle of water and and bread I then felt a little better. This has been happening throughout the day at different times. any ideas?
