What Causes Inflammatory Psoriasis And Fluctuating BP Levels?

I have inflammatory psoriasis, my blood pressure fluctuates even with medication and my legs look like I have a tan. What would make my skin color change. I am fair skinned but have spent a lot of time in the sun. My legs have not had any significant sun exposure in a couple of years.
