What Causes Inner Knee Pain And Clicking Of The Knee?

I have inner knee pain and clicking of the knee. Also pain under load eg. Cycling) . I have a gangling on the base of the acl tenden. I think it all may be a result of plantar faciitis . Tried aurthotics in cycling shoes, has made an improvement but still suffer with some pain. Any ideas?
