What Causes Insomnia Along With Loss Of Appetite In A Person With Heart Disease?

I need help to determine if my father is in urgent need of care. We live in Iowa and my dad had a heart attach last june. He has symptoms of can t sleep, can t eat, ear ache, and other symptoms. I need a second opinion since the clinic he went to says it is just a cold.
