What Causes Insomnia And Leg Aches With Trembling In Chest After Hysterectomy?

I am 56 and have felt good almost every day of my life until the last few years. I have not been able to sleep well since my hysterectomy five years ago. In the past nine months, it has gotten worse. I wake up nearly every hour. Also, my legs began to ache last fall and they have gotten worse. Sometimes the leg pain wakes me up. In the past few weeks, I have a trembling sensation inside my chest much of the day. I have never taken any sleep medication but I am very tired at this point.
