What Causes Insomnia, Fatigue And Lightheadedness?

Hi there. I m a 22 year old female in seemingly good health. unfortunately lately I ve been suffering from insomnia coupled with extreme fatigue durring the day. I also experience moments of lightheadedness and arm and leg numbness. I have no idea what could be causing this
