What Causes Insomnia While Suffering With Severe Tinnitus?

I have been prescribed tamazapam, celexa, and Xanax. All are to be taken once a day. I have severe tinnitus. Not really any depression. Tinnitus causes me to have sleepless nights. I am at a loss as to how to get relief. I think thatI am being over medicated. All prescriptions came from my doctor. Please help! Thank you.
