What Causes Intense Chest Pain And Heartburn Post Delivery?

I just had a baby a 5 weeks ago and I have recently been waking up in the middle of the night with intense chestpain that I am thinking is heartburn. I did not have any heartburn before or during my pregnancy, could this indicate some kind of problem?
