What Causes Intense Pain In Lower Abdomen On Application Of Pressure?

I have lower abdominal pain and very intense when pressured., also i have bubbly gas noice to my left side, i hear the noice when i take deep breaths. I have diarriah several times a day. Hurts to breath sometimes, i feel like something is wrong with my stomach
