What Causes Intense Pain In Right Abdomen Radiating Towards Back And Hip?

Hi I am desperate to find some answers...i have been having very uncomfortable pains on the right side of my stomach, the pain shoots into my back, i have been experiencing this since before christmas, the pain gets very intense it goes into my hip and down my leg. I was hospitalized in July for 21 days with very similar issues, but got no answers, had a colonoscopy and a gastrooscopy.. In may i had a bad fall right face down to the ground, was told i could have a sprained groin, but dows nor make sense to me. I know something is going on and is not right just cant figure it out
