What Causes Inter Menstrual Bleeding With Severe Abdominal Pain?

two weeks ago i had a one day period with heavy flow of bright red blood no pain and my breast where extremely sore next morning no period two days later min to moderate amount of brown discharge.now itwo weeks i am getting another period with lower right quad pain and pain inmy right side.12 years ago i had an eptopic prenancy due to referred pain i was in sever pain on my left side. i lost my right ovary and fallopian tube because it ruptured. my tubes (tube) have been tied for 11 years because i have an incompitent cervix. i have never had this happen before. I am a nurse but idont like going to the ER but the pain is becoming severe
