What Causes Intermenstrual Bleeding With Brownish Discharge And Back Pain?

On the 16th of May I had a light period, then one day of heavy, lasted about 6-7 days. I was diagnosed with psoc about 3/4 months ago, and have been ovulating and menstrating normally since.Today I have brownish, discharge, a fair bit but am mid cycle? I also have bad back pain?
