What Causes Intermittent Abdominal Pain In A Child?

My four year old daughter has complained about stomach pains for two days. She normally has no problems having a bowel movement but has only gone once the past two days. Other symptoms include a fever and vomit. But her vomit is only spit. She says her tummy pain comes and goes. Help!
