What Causes Intermittent Appearance Of Two Itchy, Red Raised Lines On Body?

Hello. I have this strange symptom where I have two red raised lines but they don't cross or have no curves, they itch, comes and goes. I have had this for a while and it would just go away and not knowing I'm scratching and it would reappear in a different area. thank you.
