What Causes Intermittent Bleeding With Clots And Severe Headaches?

About 20 days ago I felt a pop on my right hip followed by strong pain and cramping. Three days later I started bleeding brown with large clots. This went on for three days, then started bleeding bright red heavy with clotts. This lasted 14days . I finally stopped yesterday then today I started cramping and bleeding again. I ve been nasead for two days, horrible headaches for six.
