What Causes Intermittent Clear Vaginal Discharge And Foul Smell?

I m 18 and I had the implant but in just over 2 months ago and have been experiencing a really foul odor, I don t get any itching, swelling, etc. just clear discharge and every now and again it s dark red/blood but I don t aways follow through with a period... Please please give me some idea what s going on as its getting in the way of everyday life.
