What Causes Intermittent Crawling Pain On The Head?

I am 67 year old female, height 5'4 weight 10st 10lb. I recently had a knock on the head which healed quickly but has left me with a crawling type of pain which is intermittent around forehead and temples and goes down my left cheek. Have I reactivated the nerve damage that I had when I had shingles in the head many years ago - it is in the same place as this but not so severe.
