What Causes Intermittent Dizziness?

I am having dizzy spells every once in a while for 2 mos now. I also have a sinus infection and I think that is where my dizziness is coming from. I took an antibioctic for 10 days and it hasn t helped. I also took dramine 2 hrs ago and I m still feeling wozzy. help!
