What Causes Intermittent Dizziness,pressure On Head And Temple?

I have unusual symptoms of pressure on the top of my head, intermittent dizziness, temple pressure and a white noise sensation in my head at night.I don t know whether these are symptoms of TMD or not as my teeth tend to clench at night and I feel the muscles in my jaw contracting.
