What Causes Intermittent Dull Testicle Pain Along With Itching?

I ve had dull testical pain, off and on, for the last 2 days. I ve had a little bit of itching in that area also. I ve also had some pain on my left inner thigh, and left buttocks. Whenever I put my legs together, I have some minor tenderness on my left inner thigh. I work out on a regular basis, could it be sports related injury, or something else??
