What Causes Intermittent Headache,redness On Face And Breathlessness?

Hi I have a splitting headache, parts of my face are red, my eyes look awful, I have a hard time breathing through me nose, sore throat and sneezes a lot in about every 10 mins or so wenI do sneeze it takes 3 of them then stop few seconds later another sneeze. What's going on with me?
