What Causes Intermittent Itching, Dull Lower Back Pain And Swollen Neck Glands?

Hi have intermittent itching on and off for two wks feels worst at night.also have dull lower bk pain and neck glands slightly swollen.did have strep throat in dec and laryingintis last mth.got bloods taken today for thyroid kidney liver function iron levels etc
