What Causes Intermittent Light Bleeding And Nausea?

Okay I m bleeding very light .it comes and goes .I feel nauseous .and I m getting every thing that pregnant woman get when they first found out .I don t know what s going on could i be pregnant last month on the 17 I had this bleeding problem I was sleeping and it felt like I pee on my self stood up and it was like a rush of blood get in tub blood clot the size of golf balls came our with to the hospital they said I wasn t pregnant but gave me pills to stop bleeding I didn t take them but after that I I been feeling like I was pregnant and this starts ..it was spotting and the color is very light almost look pink and I all so been having a white discharge before the light bleeding start and it was very creamy looking
