What Causes Intermittent Lower Back Pain?
Im 31 and have had lower back pain for almost 10 years off and on. Sometimes it's bad pain sometime it's just a small pain. Lately it seems like it hit me hard last few days. My younger brother has some type of spinal disease and my mom has fibromyalgia. Any idea what I'm dealing with.
