What Causes Intermittent Pain Beside Left Breast And One-sided Numbness In Body?

I'm not sure if I could be experiencing heart stress - I have occasional pain behind the upper left portion of my left breast. This has been ongoing for at least a month. I've also woken up 4 times with numbness in the left side of my body, however I've been sleeping on the right side.
