What Causes Intermittent Pain In Back Despite Being Diagnosed With Pneumonia?

I was diagnosed with pneumonia and I have a small pain sensation in my lower back toward the middle of my back. It doesn t get worse when standing or sitting or lying down. It just randomly comes and goes. For the first couple of days, it happened very seldom, but now it s starting to persist a little more. What could it be?
