What Causes Intermittent Pain In Back,shoulders And Chest?

i have intermittent pain in my head, neck, shoulders, back and chest. My rheumotologist thinks it is a form of arthritis. He prescribed me anti inflammatories. My family doctor doesn t want me to take the anti inflammatories because it has been hurting my kidney function, so much that she said i have stage three kidney disease. So I try not to take them, but I am uncomfortable very often. Is there a specialist that you would suggest for my situation?
