What Causes Intermittent Pain In Penis, Buttocks And Legs?

hi, for the past many months, i have had intermittent pains in my penis. discomfort generally in the pubic area and it feels like some movement in the anus and penis. it is very uncomfortable and it is more irritating after exercise. I sometimes feel some pains in my buttocks and in my thighs and legs. No lesions or sores anywhere. what could this be?
