What Causes Intermittent Pain On Collar Bone While Breathing?

I have a pain on my left side collar bone when I breath in, difficult to describe but a sharp uncomfortable pain hurts when I breath in. I am 36 a mum of 3 and do not smoke or drink am 6ft and 11 stone not particularly overweight. this pain tends to occur and then completely disappears and reappears again weeks later.
