What Causes Intermittent Right-sided Pain In Stomach?

Hi, I ve been having pains in my right side of my stomach for a couple of weeks now, it comes and goes. I have been to the doctors and they said I have a water infection so gave me a cause of antibiotics but the pain is still there. I am also 2 days late on period now and usually on time, feel sick, fever type! Any ideas?
