What Causes Intermittent Soreness And Sharp Pain Under The Breast?

I have been experiencing a soreness under my left breast on and off for about 3 months now sometimes it's sharp pains other times a soreness. I have bad anxiety and tend to imagine the worst, my anxiety is what has brought on my chest pains that I normally have with heart pulpatations and shakiness. 3 years ago I was taken by ambulance to the hospital because I thought I was having a heart attack, had blood tests done and Ecg and ekg all were normal. The doctors told me it was my anxiety that got to me. Do you think this pain I am having now is something to worry about or is it just my anxiety acting up. There has been 2 deaths in the last 3 weeks all from the heart all unexpected am I panicking for nothing
