What Causes Intermittent Spotting And Cramps After Taking Minerva Pill?

Hi I have a concert I had the iud for almost 9 yrs !! First was the copper and then I switched to Minerva !! I just had it removed on Dec,16 ,2014 I started to spot for 2 days me and my fiance are very sexual active !! I just started sporting on Jan , 23 ,2015 for two days and stop and yesterday I had a bad cramps and a lite heavy one day period !!! What that means can I be pregnant
