What Causes Intermittent Stinging Pain In Ear Shooting Down The Neck?

I am experience a twinge in my right ear. It come occasionally. Fees like a twinge in my inner ear and then I feel it shoot down my ear down the neck. It is super quick and doesn t last long. not sure it is nerve related or ear related. It is not frequent. Excecpt last night, I felt it more often than I do.
