What Causes Intermittent Tingling Sensation On Left Side Of Body?

hi I recently passed out with knows signs or warning. I have been going through a lot. I recently separated with my common law wife after 15yrs. I must say bafter passing out I came too feeling ok. I have had a lot of tingling through out my left side which comes and goes
