What Causes Intermittent Twisting Of Abdomen?

These past 2 day I've been having allergies,with sore throat,headaches, and fever. But I took Advil and it all went away. But now I have a terrible pinching/twisting stomach pain and it only lasts for about a couple seconds then it will go away but yet again it comes back. What do I do?
