What Causes Intermittent Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse?

Hi my name is Julia I don't what's going on after having sex I have vaginal bleeding after I take a bath the blood leaves @ hour later I'm bleeding then it stops again I don't understand what's going on why am I having on and off vaginal bleeding I had my tubes tied in 2001 so I don't if my tubes have came aloose or not
