What Causes Intermittent Vaginal Bleeding While On Microgynon?

I have been on Microgynon 30 for the past year and 2 months. I have never had any trouble with it before but for the past 4 days i have been bleeding on and off when im still taking my pill. Is this normal?

Also is there any chance i could be pregnant?
