What Causes Intermittent Vomiting And Stomach Cramps On Missing Omeprazole Intake?

Husband takes omeprazole but missed the past two days -- now has caught stomach bug that I had two days ago- has been vomiting off and on for 8 hours (I did for 10 with diarrhea, which he does not have). But with bad cramping feeling at his tender place in his stomach where he had an ulcer years ago. He just took an omeprazole pill. Is that ok? What should we do?Do you only answer thru the email?
