What Causes Intestinal Cramps, Diarrhea, Temperature, Headache, Chills And Drowsiness After Ingestion?

Shortly After eating had severe intestinal cramps. Then became drowsy, had chills, diarrhea, low grade temp, and a headache. It has been three days and I can eat toast but still have some cramping and diarrhea but my temp is low and my headache is constant.
