What Causes Inverted Result On EKG Report?

Hi I just had my physical done and my dr did an EKG and for years I have had 1st AV block but otherwise a normal heart. This time he found an inverted on my EKG. I am 58 and have a job where I am on my feet and walking so I get exercise. Is this concern for any alarm?
