What Causes Involuntary Odourless Clear Discharge During Sleep In Men?

Dear doctor,Its now almost a month that i have been noticing something unusual.. When i wake up in the morning, i notice small patch of my trousers wet.. I know these are not because of wet dreams because it happens daily, n also the discharge is colorless n odorless.. I am also loosing weight.. I do not know whether it is the same issue or not.. I shall be highly grateful, if some guidance is provided.. I am very worried about the issue but also reluctant to go to doctor.. So thought this place might be a help
