I hve been masturbating since i was 13..now i m 18 yrs old....i have destroyed my whole body...my fitness is not like other boys....my left testes has some bundle like nd thick thread like..i masturbate some times 2 tyms a day some tyms 3...i m not able to control myself..my fingera shivers nd when i lkft weight my whole body shivers..if i apply force to push something my hand shivers..my penis have beconme black nd skin has become loose..my penis head like black many points instead being red...when i try to cntrl myself i have seminal leakage..this habit has affected my love life alottt...help me out what should i do...
