What Causes Irregular And Heavy Periods With Pimple On Labia Minora?

Hi, I've been having irregular and heavy periods, the heavyness typically lasts like 3 days, this last cycle began 9 days after the last one started, and that one began 13 days after the one before. Typically my cycles are 27 days apart. Now I've been having cramps, and a thick white discharge, no smell, no itching. Also yesterday I had a pimple in my "labia minora". Should I be worried about any of this?
