What Causes Irregular Bowel Movements And Urination Post Hysterectomy And Bladder Lift?

I had a complete hysterectomy and bladder lift, 2 years ago. Lately I am having trouble holding my urine. For the last three days I have had bowel problems, causing headaches, abdomen pain. I have taken Metamucil, 2 stool softners, and today an enema. I don t feel like I ve passed enough fecal matter for all this. My abdomen is bloated, more on the left side and that is where I feel the pain. Thank you
