What Causes Irregular Heart Beat Along With High Blood Pressure?

I am on multiple drugs atenol,losartin.xarelto and sleeping issues that are immense ambien.. Trying to get of tried GNC brand but did not work. Need help to get in a healthy life style in a bad marriage which is the trigger of my poor health. I have irregular heart beat,highblood pressure, AFIB, all heart issues my marriage is in the tubes which is I know causing all of these issues..Help want to live my life for my children and grandchildren......Thank U....E-Mail
