What Causes Irregular Heart Rate And Swollen Ankles After Placing A Cardiac Stent?

My mom had a cardiac stent placed in the LAD 2 months ago. She is currently taking lisinopril, metoprolol, brilinta, lipitor, fish oil, Vit d, advair, and spirit.She denies SOB or chest pains. Heart rate is 60 and irregular. She called her cardiologist office today and left a message with a receptionist. No return call from dr staff. I will call in am to speak to someone. She has an appt March 12 for labs,Do you think she needs to see a dr ASAP?Her ankles are swollen.
