What Causes Irregular Heartbeat And Tingling Sensation Down The Body While Laying?

Hi I just had a weird feeling I was laying down and felt as if my heart had an irregular beat I stearted to cough it happened twice as if I couldn t breath and had a tingling sensation down my body and now I have a weird feeling in my chest is this normal I m 28 years old
